In the event that a booking is cancelled the following fees will apply:

  • Cancellation more than 3 days before departure – $25 per person.
  • Cancellation less than 3 days before departure – 80% of the total cost.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours of departure or No Show – 100% of the total cost.

Our websites are professionally hosted and operate in a secure environment. We use SSL security. Customers can see their cards being debited in real-time, all in an SSL-secure environment via Stripe payment services.

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards or alternatively you are welcome to pay using direct debit. Cash can also be used and must be paid at the time of departure.


All costs, itinerary details, package inclusions, ferry schedules and accommodation information are correct at the time of publishing; however, these can be subject to alteration, sometimes without notice. All services and reservations provided are subject to the conditions of the principal providers and no responsibility is accepted by us for misrepresentation, unforeseen omissions or additional costs incurred, including those arising from adverse weather conditions or any situations beyond our control. Refunds may not be available for unused services.

Ambler Touring reserves the right to alter and change prices at any time.
Itinerary/venues may change from those advertised.
Passengers must re-confirm their tour booking at least 24 hours prior to departure.
Minimum bookings are required for the tour to operate – (Min 2, Max 7).
All Standard Wine Tasting & Entry fees from the itinerary are included in the tour cost.
Lunch is NOT included, refer to the tour description for details.
Venues are subject to availability and may change without notice.
The client is responsible for all personal belongings; lost property is held for a limited time only.
No Smoking/Vaping, consumption of Food, Drugs, Alcohol, Coffee, Tea or other types of drinks is permitted in the vehicle. Water is provided and may be consumed while travelling in our vehicles.
Bad behaviour/language will not be tolerated – Driver may refuse boarding at his/her own discretion.
A $200 – cleaning fee will apply to your group if vehicles are soiled.
Travel Insurance is not included in the tour and must be arranged by the client if desired.
Some tours are not suitable for Children.

Child Policy

Private tours can be arranged for families with children. All children under 7 years old, must be in an approved child seat – hire fees will apply.

Weather Conditions

Tours operate in all weather conditions. The Itinerary may be modified in extreme weather conditions. Eg. High Fire Risk – National Parks / Attractions may be closed during these times.

Courtesy Pick-Up from SELECTED Adelaide City & Glenelg Hotels

Please wait outside your hotel 5 minutes prior to pick-up time. Due to limited access and/or parking at each pickup location–  we are not able to wait for guests running late – No refund if missed the bus. Pick-up times may vary depending on traffic conditions. Extra charges will apply to pick-up outside the City or Glenelg – please call for a quote.


Fares are in Australian dollars, include GST (Goods and Services Tax) and are subject to change without notice. Surcharges apply on Public Holidays or Christmas / Easter holiday periods.

Travel Insurance

Holiday plans can be disrupted and cancellation fees can be costly. Travel insurance is highly recommended. Please note that Travel Insurance may not cover disruptions caused by mechanical breakdowns or adverse weather conditions so please check your insurance policy.
